2010 THE YEAR OF VALLEY ADVENTURES
The 2,000,000 residents of the San Fernando Valley come in all shapes, sizes, ethnic origins, occupations and age groups. Students in California State University Northridge's VISCOM Center were recently challenged to create concept brochures to capture the attention of three of these demographic variations: youth, older adults and energetic people who should know about The Museum's walking tours and special talks in historic places.
In the next few days, some of the work of the exceptional students in the University's Center for Visual Communication (VISCOM) will be featured on this blog for your enjoyment. Students will be identified only number a code number. We start with Student number 4.
The images used in this outstanding student project were drawn from this blog. (click on images to enlarge them.)
Color selections reflect the student's response to the age group that he or she was working to reach.
