Well, well, our Los Angeles Rams return to the City of the Angels this Saturday, August 13th. A crowd expected to be at 90,000 will witness the coolest white on white L.A. Rams jerseys that will bring back fond memories for those old enough to remember.
Speaking of memories, The Museum is interested in capturing your favorite moments of witnessing a game at the Coliseum or watching on television, meeting a Ram in the valley, seeing one on the street, etc.
(Billy Wade, QB)
Did you ever eat or have a beverage in the 1950s or 1960s at the Ram's Horn located at 16705 Ventura Blvd. in Encino?
The Ram's Horn, run by former UCLA Bruin Don Paul, a linebacker for the L.A. Rams from 1948-55 and a member of the Rams’ 1951 NFL championship team. It was later Tracton's steakhouse.
Did you ever purchase a car from NFL Hall of Famer Merlin Olsen at his Porsche/Audi dealership at 15493-15503 Ventura Blvd. in Encino?
We will have a camera set up on certain days at The Museum. Come on in, tell us a couple or few stories and become part of the archives of The Museum!
Oral History Dates:
Saturday, August 13th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Saturday, August 20th from 1:00 - 3:00 pm
