DISCOVERING OUR VALLEY 2011
Raymond Estavillo was a young soldier attached to the US Army Air Corps in 1938, when he was assigned to Schofield Barracks in the Territory of Hawaii. Soldiers were regularly trained in artillery gunnery there. Raymond was assigned to the 19th Infantry Company L. He returned to the mainland of the United States just prior to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. These are some of the photographs from his Hawaii album.
