"Too Windy - Be Back" Mural on the west side of Louise at Saticoy.
Is this our Amelia?Only five houses east of where I spent my last two years during high school, at Louise and Saticoy Streets in Van Nuys is this neat little mural. I think on of the characters is our Valley heroine Amelia Earhart, but have know idea of who "Too Windy" pig is?
