This final phase completes an unprecedented three-part exploration of the San Fernando Valley’s history—from its earliest inhabitants through the year 2000—highlighting both the well-known and long-overlooked stories that shaped the Valley as we know it today. Phase III focuses on the transformative years from 1950 to 2000, tracing the Valley’s shift from an agricultural center to a suburban icon and elevating the voices of underrepresented communities.
