Seldom missing a chance to support positive measures to better the San Fernando Valley, Phil Carter participated in National Night Out this Tuesday evening in North Hollywood. Phil, the ownere of Red Barn Feed and Saddlery in three Valley locations, displays state, city and historic American flags in his stores, along with important US newspapers. Phil was interviewed in The Museum's "Narrating Lives - Oral Histories of the San Fernando Valley by Museum Board leader Willard Simms.
