CHERISHING OUR VALLEY 2012
Just west of LA Valley College on Oxnard Street in Van Nuys, Hoppe's Old Heidelberg German restaurant once served wonderful food and great beer. It was an especially fun place to visit in October. Dishes such as a two pound pork shank proved too much for a weight conscious Valley clientele.
