America's first movie stars were horses, as author Deanne Stillman writes about in her acclaimed new book Mustang: The Saga of the Wild Horse in the American West. Join us for her talk about Hollywood horses, including Fritz, the beloved and celebrated partner of silent film star William S. Hart. The talk and book signing will be held in the William S. An exclusive tour of the priceless art and Western artifacts in silent
film star Bill Hart's Spanish Colonial mansion followed by an artist's
quick draw and auction. Western artists create works of art in one
hour's time while you watch. The works of art will be auctioned off
following the quick draw. Petit buffet served.
