The Museum of the SFV is pleased to announce its first annual Latino Heritage Day on Saturday, October 8th from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Latino Heritage will be recognized and promoted via Art, Dance, Music and Fun. This day is part of National Hispanic Heritage Month that runs from September 15th - October 15th each year.
If you are part of:
1. An organization that focuses on Latino community
Latino education
Latino community resources
10' x 10' booth offered (may include booth, table, chairs for select groups - or bring your own items)
2. Arts, Music, Dance
Dance groups - children and adults
Musicians - Latin-themed musc
Art - Artists that specialize in Latino-themed art
We are going to have individuals and bands playing Ritchie Valens tunes as an extension of The Museum's Ritchie Valens exhibit which officially opens up on September 15th - first public viewing on Saturday September 17, 2022.
