BUILDING A GREAT MUSEUM FOR THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY
Before its acquisition by the Pacific Electric Railway in 1954, the Ashbury Rapid Transit system served much of Los Angeles. Never very large, the system provided a small but useful part of the city of Los Angeles with part of its transportation network.
