Beautiful Storm Lake, Iowa.I had big plans to visit with historians in Storm Lake, Iowa during my work supporting three family riders in the RAGBRAI trans-Iowa bike ride. Getting our r.v. set up for our incoming riders (and working around as many as 20,000 bicyclists and support vehicles made most local experiences very limited. Watching the sun go down and the fireflies come out, I wonders why Sheriff Wilson Weddington of Storm Lake would have moved west.
